Millbrook Park is an exceptional residential development located in the much sought after NW7 postcode. It combines the best of city and country living within a tranquil setting on the edge of the green belt and protected woodlands.

The exclusive scheme delivered 2,174 new homes in a landscaped setting, across a number of phases. To ensure a sense of place, The Inglis Consortium included almost six hectares of parks and open spaces within the development, in order to create a thriving and sustainable community. Now complete, Millbrook Park comprises of a stunning collection of 3, 4, & 5 bedroom homes with ticket prices of up to £1.4M.

Millbrook Park was developed in phases by a number of well known house-builders and contractors including Linden Homes, Countryside Properties, Taylor Wimpey and Natta Building.

Woodscape supplied a range of superb-quality hardwood street furniture for phase one of the scheme – designed to complement the exclusive nature of the development. The public furniture manufactured included Benches, Picnic Sets and Bollards, as well as a unique Retaining Wall System developed to define the landscaped space.

The timber street furniture, with it’s natural appearance and timeless quality, not only blends into the space perfectly but also makes a much bigger contribution to the scheme than simply good looks. The Naturally Very Durable Hardwood is a construction material sourced from sustainable forests, so it was in keeping with the Consortium’s plans for building a sustainable development.

Woodscape’s public furniture is also extremely robust, with a life expectancy of around 100 years in UK ground conditions, as well as being vandal and fire resistant. It requires very little maintenance, making it an ideal long-term investment for any outdoor scheme.
